お世話になっている職人さんからお声掛けいただいたプロジェクトです。
残念ながら、近年の物価高騰や材料費＆人件費高騰の影響を受け、コスト面の問題で無期延期となりました。
計画内容は、駐車場の一部に既存建物（店舗）がある敷地に、木造のアパートを新築するものです。
敷地形状が多角形で、配置計画が難しいプロジェクトでした。
